WHO WE ARE
Founded in 1975, Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company, LLC (RLW) continues to uphold the legacy of quality and innovation instilled by its founder, the company’s namesake. We build large and complex projects for both the public and private sectors, and we do so with integrity.
We are a full service, heavy civil contractor with projects throughout the western U.S. RLW employs more than 600 people, including project managers, superintendents, foremen, and craftsmen. Engineering capabilities and a drive for continuous improvement have allowed us to add value to each project we deliver, and build a reputation for helping clients overcome their most pressing challenges.

RLW has the in-house expertise, equipment, and resources to develop competitive bids and self-perform mass earthwork, structural concrete, geotechnical and deep foundation services. Our ability to self-perform major work for mission critical campuses, buildings, roads, and bridges allows us to have greater control over project schedules, costs, and quality.
