Mission Statement
At M&M Gutters and Exteriors, we have built an organization to act as advocates for homeowners. By vertically integrating all exterior trades, our customers can trust their job to be solid from the foundation to the roof.
Our History
M&M Gutters has been in the valley for more than 30 years. We got our start in 1990. The ownership has changed one time. In 2005, Nate Nuttall came on board when his cousin worked here. He started off as an installer. A few months later he became a sales rep which ultimately led to him getting promoted into management.
Then in 2010, the previous owner decided he wanted to retire and Nate purchased the business! He is proud to say he has done everything at the company and he continues to make it part of his regular routine going out to job sites and meeting with customers. And while family brought him to the business, he continues to employ family members. M&M Gutters and Exteriors is a true to their word family business.

Meet the Team

Nate Nuttall
Owner
Over 16 years ago, Nate started his journey at M&M as a heat tape installer, estimator, and sales representative. A couple of years later, with a lot of hard work and dedication, he became the proud owner of the business.
Those who have the pleasure of working with Nate will quickly learn what an incredibly hard worker he is and how much he cares about his employees and customers. He’s knowledgeable, patient, caring, and always looking to provide the best customer experience possible. Outside work, he spends time with his wife and kids camping, boating, and doing all things outdoors.

Anthony Bills
Manager of Production
Anthony brings over 10 years of hard work and dedication to the team as well as an extensive knowledge of exterior projects, big and small. He’s a dependable and trustworthy team player who goes above and beyond for our customers, ensuring all installations meet the highest expectations. When he isn’t hard at work, Anthony enjoys camping in the desert and is an avid Dallas Cowboys and Utah Jazz fan.

James Connors
Manager of Sales
James specializes in all aspects of exterior projects and is dedicated to growing the company and helping customers along the way. With a knack for problem-solving and a friendly demeanor, he creates a fun and positive work environment. Outside work, James likes spending time with his family, playing the drums, and catching a Houston Astros game when he can.

Dave Harris
Senior Project Estimator Training & Quality Supervisor
Dave has over 30 years of installation experience and exterior advising expertise. As a foundational team member, his extensive knowledge is invaluable to our company. Dave is a true team player, always ready to consult with colleagues to ensure customers receive the best, most honest options. Outside of work, Dave enjoys playing pickleball and acting.

Sergio Manrique
Field Project Supervisor
As our field project supervisor, Sergio manages the day-to-day operations of all roofing projects.
His attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. He’s known for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and team-oriented approach.
When he isn’t working, Sergio enjoys spending time with his grandkids, playing soccer, hiking, running, and biking.

Joe Fernandez
Project Estimator
Joe brings our team a touch of artistry and a delightful sense of humor. His creative and sharp eye ensures every project is estimated with precision and care. Joe is also our warehouse manager in charge of ensuring everything warehouse-related is clean, organized, and running smoothly. His attention to detail helps us maintain an efficent, tidy workspace. Beyond work, Joe loves 3D printing and everything Star Wars.

Mack Schledorn
Project Estimator
Mack is known for thinking outside the box to find creative solutions for every project. He’s passionate, genuine, and knowledgeable in siding and exteriors, which equips him to meet client needs with professionalism and care. Thanks to his years of industry experience, Mack is always ready to share his expertise. Outside work, you can catch Mack golfing, relaxing by the pool, or attending concerts with his wife.

Nick Lioi
Project Estimator
Nick brings a positive attitude and extensive roofing and exterior knowledge to our team. He’s friendly, relatable, and driven, and we know him for having a go-getter personality that drives his sucess in meeting clients’ needs. When he isn’t on a project, Nick enjoys riding his dirt bike, bladesmithing, and spending time outdoors.

Maren Muhlestein
Controller
Maren is known for her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. She keeps our financial operations accurate and efficient, ensuring everything is always in perfect order. When she’s not managing the numbers, Maren loves to spend quality time with her grandkids and explore new destinations through travel.

Kalyn Thomas
Office Manager
Kalyn is our office’s backbone and sees that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Her extensive knowledge and expertise keep our team organized and on track. When the workday ends, Kalyn is an avid gamer who enjoys spending time at home with her husband. She also loves animals deeply and dedicates her free time to caring for her pets.

Natasha Lambourne
Networking, Marketing, and Customer Relations
Natasha is the dynamic force behind our networking, marketing, and customer relations efforts. She’s a team player and research guru with a knack for uncovering valuable insights and always brings positive energy and enthusiasm to our office. Natasha is known for her playful spirit and loves to keep things lively, planning parties that bring people together. When she isn’t hard at work, she’s a devoted mom who cherishes time with her kids.

Taylor Ballantyne
Front Desk Administrator
Taylor is the warm, welcoming voice you hear when you contact our office. Her friendly personality makes her a natural at building connections and providing top-notch service. She brings a unique touch of creativity and thoughtfulness to our team. Outside work, Taylor enjoys painting, crafting, and getting lost in a good book.
