Changes in Allowances for Credit Losses (Schedule R1-B; Part II)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"tab\">a. Provisions for Credit Losses on Off-Balance-Sheet Credit Exposures, New Memo Item 7. This new item would be used to report the portion of the overall amount of the provision for credit losses reported on Schedule R1 (Income Statement) Item 4 (Provision for Loan and Lease Losses) that can be attributed to the provisions for expected credit losses on off-balance-sheet credit exposures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Securities (Schedule RC-B)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"tab\">a. Investment in Mutual Funds and Other Equity Securities with Readily Determinable Fair Values (Item RC-B-7). This would be renamed <u>\u201cUnallocated last-of-layer fair value hedge basis adjustments.\u201d<\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"tab\">b. This would become effective following FASB\u2019s adoption of the final last-of-layer hedge accounting standard that is not expected until Q3 or Q4 of 2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
